The fine print, in plain words.
What exactly is the fee charged on?
Every membership, renewal, table, bottle package, line pass or event ticket a venue sells through ClubVIP: 10% of the price plus 50¢. Card processing is inside that number, not on top of it.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No monthly fee and no minimum. If a venue sells nothing in a month, it pays nothing that month.
When does the venue get paid?
Stripe charges the member's card and pays the venue's share to its bank account on the payout schedule the venue picks in the portal.
Do members pay anything to ClubVIP?
No. Members pay the venue's price for the membership or add-on, and nothing else.
Who decides refunds?
The venue, as the seller. If a venue can't honor something you paid for, ask the venue first, then contact us and we'll help. Details are in the Terms.
