Scan at the door
Door staff open the Scanner on any phone with their own login. Green means in. Tables and bottles are redeemed the same way.

Members pay the price you set. ClubVIP keeps a platform fee of 10% plus 50¢ per sale, which includes card processing, and pays the rest to your bank on the schedule you choose. There is no monthly fee.
Does it cost anything to list?
No. The platform fee on each sale is the only cost. If you sell nothing, you pay nothing.
Who handles the card and the payout?
Stripe. Members' cards are charged by Stripe and your share is paid to your bank account on the payout schedule you pick in the venue portal.
Do I need to buy scanners or a tablet?
No. The Scanner runs on any phone. Each door staff member gets a login.
What if the Wi-Fi goes down on a busy night?
The Scanner keeps verifying passes from cached keys and syncs the check-ins when the connection returns.
Can I limit a tier or sell out a night?
Yes. Tiers, tables, bottle packages and event tickets each carry their own price, interval and availability.
Who owns the member relationship?
You do, for your venue. You see your members, their tier, what they bought and when they checked in. Other venues see nothing about them.
