Delete your ClubVIP account

In the app
Open ClubVIP → Account → Delete account (at the bottom) → type DELETE → Delete my account. It takes effect immediately and can't be undone.
Without the app
Email support@joinclubvip.com from the address on your account, text (850) 726-2302, or use our contact form, and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.
What's deleted
Your profile (name, phone, email, birth date), memberships, passes, all ID scan records and ID photos, devices and notifications. Memberships end immediately with no further charges, and the unused part of the current period isn't refunded.
What we keep
If you paid by card, your account is anonymized: we keep payment records (amount, date, venue) for tax and accounting as required by law, with your name and contact details removed. Security logs are kept for 90 days.
Venue owners
Transfer your venue or contact support before deleting.
